A Dreamy Private Estate Wedding in Steamboat Springs | Kirsten & Stephen

A Fairytale Celebration at Home
Kirsten and Stephen always knew they wanted a deeply personal wedding day, and there’s no place more special than home. With the golden aspens surrounding their property, they exchanged vows against a backdrop that felt like pure magic. The energy of the day was elevated by the incredible work of Birch and Honey Collective, who seamlessly brought every thoughtful detail together.
Guests were welcomed into a stunning custom clear-top tent set up in the couple’s front yard. Twinkling lights and cascading greenery created an enchanting, fairytale-like atmosphere. Wandering Poppy Floral designed a floral dreamscape, using a rich autumnal palette filled with locally sourced blooms — every table bursting with golden yellows, deep burgundies, soft blushes, and sunset oranges. The florals perfectly echoed the season and landscape around them.

An Unforgettable Night of Music and Celebration
As the evening progressed, the 12-piece band from Patrick Lentz Entertainment brought the party to life. Their live music filled the mountain air, keeping guests on their feet, dancing under the stars. The laughter, the music, and the pure joy radiating from every corner of the tent made it clear: this was a night no one would ever forget.
Love, Family, and a New Beginning
One of the most heartwarming parts of the day was seeing Kirsten and Stephen’s deep bond — not just with each other, but with their families. Every interaction between them and their loved ones was filled with tenderness, pride, and so much genuine love. There were emotional toasts, long hugs, joyful tears, and laughter that echoed into the hills.
Adding even more sweetness to the day was their newest family member: Maple, their adorable puppy, who made her grand entrance as part of the wedding festivities. Maple’s presence symbolized a new chapter — a fresh start to their life together, full of new memories and adventures.

Moments That Felt Like Magic

As the sun set over the rolling hills, Kirsten and Stephen shared quiet moments together, just the two of them. With golden light spilling across the landscape and a soft breeze weaving through the aspens, it felt as though time stood still. Their love story — rooted in friendship, adventure, and deep devotion — unfolded naturally in every glance, every touch, and every smile.
Every detail of their wedding day spoke to who they are: grounded, adventurous, and deeply connected to the people they love most.
Kirsten and Stephen’s private estate wedding in Steamboat Springs wasn’t just beautiful — it was alive with meaning, emotion, and memories that will be treasured forever. If you’ve ever dreamed of a fall wedding that feels deeply personal and enchanted by nature’s magic, this day was everything and more.
